Emma Pinchbeck
Emma
came from an all-girls' grammar school in Gloucestershire. She claimed to have
always been particularly interested in how ordinary people lived their lives
during different time periods. To become a barrister specialising in human
rights was Emma's life ambition.
In the outside world, Emma,
like many girls her age, enjoyed going to the cinema, shopping, walking the
dogs, reading, listening to music, and writing. Unlike many girls her age, Emma
partook regularly in a wide range of sports such as netball, tennis, badminton,
hockey, rounders, Danish long ball and swimming.
Emma's favourite school
subjects were history, English language, English literature, chemistry and
French. At Kings she received Grade 1's (the top grade) for all subjects taken,
and was congratulated by an uproar of applause from the pupils, parents and
staff alike on the day of results. She was indeed a fun, talkative, smart and
lively member of the class, with many ambitions for the future which she is well
on the way to fulfilling.
